I am a repeat-customer to Weatherford BMW. I've always had great experiences with the dealership (Sales and Service departments). On 05/29/2015, I returned to this dealership to test drive the BMW i3, and learn more about their lease specials. I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Charlier (Internet Sales Manager). I leased a 7-series several months ago and had a great experience with her. This time was no different. She's a great listener, very knowledgeable, and has a vibrant personality. She's the best sales person I've ever had the pleasure with which to work. Long-story-short; with Danielle's assistance, I was able the find the right vehicle for a great price, and was provided with a reasonable offer for my trade-in. I truly appreciate her help, and I intend to return in the future. In addition, I was able to interact with Chris Lara, and Ben Hong (BMW Geniuses) regarding my i3 and 7-series, and appreciate their assistance in learning more about the features of each vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership.

From start to finish this was just a very pleasant experience. I started out just curious and ended up thoroughly enjoying evey aspect of the process. It began with Sofia offering assistance as I wandered aimlessly around the show room, close to closing one Monday evening. In my opinion, the product speaks for itself but the people involved makes the experience what it is.

After being online with several internet departments who just told me to "come in, drive the car, then we'll talk," I was a little frustrated, so I decided to drop in at Weatherford - my local dealer - without an appointment (gasps). My previous experience at Weatherford wasn't always exceptional so it wasn't my first choice. But, I had a sales professional's name from many years ago, Kevin Thomas, and I knew he was at this dealership now, so I asked for him and he happened to be available. Kevin was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and didn't once use car sales jargon (relief) on me. Since I had already driven the model I was interested in, he didn't "force" me to drive a car on the lot just to get me excited about it (like so many salespeople). I test drove another model that I also liked, but ended up with my original choice, a 335i sport line, that had just the right equipment. Making the right deal was simple and utterly painless, and I could not be happier. I will definitely go back to see Kevin when it's time to lease a new car. P.S. I would also like to comment on the friendliness of another sales professional named "John" (I didn't get his last name). After taking delivery, I had to leave my "old" BMW there (I was alone); I went back to get the key the next morning from the Encore representative who had taken it for safe keeping, but he wasn't in that early. After seeing me pacing around the showroom floor while I was waiting for the Encore rep to come in or call in, John asked if I needed help. I told him the story, and he went and found the key for me (a manager had it), so I didn't have to wait. It's not just that he took the time to get my key, but his upbeat and helpful attitude that was a breath of fresh air. It's little things like that that make you feel that professionals like Kevin and John really love what they do and they live customer service. That's rare these days. Thank you guys for caring about all the customers.

I walked in expecting to just look around at the inventory. Sofia Donnelly assisted me in finding the right car. She was patient, professional and knowledgeable. The inventory at Weatherford is huge! Sofia made the whole process painless and trouble-free without being pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sofia in sales. Alvin Chandra was also exceptional in the finance department. He explained everything in detail and yet, he was very efficient in the process. Ben was helpful in explaining everything about my new car before I drove off of the lot. He described every button and function of the car and gave me a thorough overview of the navigation system. The entire process at this dealership was smooth and impressive.

The entire experience was quick and smooth from the very start. I looked around the entire Bay Area for the right car and Weatherford BMW had the one. All of the employees at the dealership were friendly and quick to take care of you. I was helped by Sofia Donnelly, whom was very knowledgable and sincere. Shopped around online to lease a 2015 328i. Chris at Weatherford contacted me and asked what packages and options I was looking for specifically. Other dealerships wanted me to come down and look at their inventories. Chris was very effective in communicating with me, and was really adamant about making sure I got a great deal with everything I was looking for. We agreed on a car, price, and terms and I went down later that night to sign the paperwork. We hammered out the final details and signed the paperwork and I was driving home with my new 328i. Weatherford and Chris have great customer service and they genuinely care about you. I'm only going to recommend them to everyone I talk to, and will continue to frequent them for my future BMW purchases.
